Milagros Astesiano practices in the area of intellectual property law. Ms. Astesiano has experience in intellectual property and technology related transactions, with an emphasis on public and private cross-border mergers and acquisitions, licensing, strategic partnerships, and emerging technologies.
Ms. Astesiano formerly was an associate at the largest law firm in Argentina, and a leading law firm in South America, where she advised clients on intellectual property, information technology, privacy and data protection matters.
Ms. Astesiano completed a training in Duane Morris, San Diego Office, as a Foreign Law Clerk after being selected by the New York State Bar Association within the frame of the “Training for Young Latin American Lawyers Program”.
Ms. Astesiano received an LL.M. in intellectual property and information technology law from Fordham University School of Law and is a graduate of Argentine Catholic University.
