Jenna Passerino Aquilino

Jenna Passerino Aquilino is a Senior Associate in the firm's Trial Practice Group, where she represents businesses and individuals in complex commercial and employment disputes. Ms. Passerino has experience litigating and providing counseling regarding breach of contract actions, business tort claims, and employment matters, with a particular focus on trade secrets, restrictive covenants, and other disputes arising from the employment relationship.

Ms. Passerino advises clients on sensitive and high-stakes matters involving departing employees, protection of confidential and proprietary information, restrictive covenant enforcement, internal investigations, and related business disputes, including in expedited proceedings and emergency applications for injunctive relief. In the employment law sector, Ms. Passerino routinely handles matters involving discrimination, whistleblowing, and hostile work environment claims.

Ms. Passerino has experience representing clients at every stage of litigation, from pre-suit strategy and emergency relief through discovery, dispositive motions, trial, and appeal. She brings a practical, business-focused approach to disputes, with an emphasis on developing litigation strategies intended to advance her clients' broader objectives.

Prior to joining Duane Morris, Ms. Passerino served as law clerk to the Hon. Brian R. Martinotti of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. She previously served as law clerk to the Hon. Lisa A. Firko of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division.

Ms. Passerino is a graduate of Seton Hall University School of Law and a summa cum laude graduate of Sacred Heart University.
